Casual Centre Assistants

High Rise is currently recruiting for Casual Centre Assistants

Must be age 17+ by 30 June 2025 and available to work weekends and school holiday periods.

Rates of pay as follows:

Age 21+      £11.44ph (increasing to £12.21 on 1 April)

Age 18-20  £8.60ph (increasing to £10.00 on 1 April)

Age 16-17    £6.40ph (increasing to £7.55 on 1 April)

Role: As a member of the general staff team, you will work across all areas of the centre to include supervising the soft play facility, co-ordinating parties and assisting in the reception and café. You will help us to ensure all areas of the centre are maintained to the highest of standards and all customers’ needs are met.

Essentials:

  • Be available to work weekends and school holiday periods
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be comfortable working with the members of the public
  • Possess a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Have an outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly manner
  • Have ability to work well under pressure
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and work unsupervised
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on other duties as required
