High Rise gift vouchers are available in amounts from £10 upwards and are valid for 12 months – the easiest way to buy a gift voucher is through our website using the link below, or they can be purchased at reception in High Rise.

Left it late for a birthday or special occasion? We can email your voucher directly to the recipient and can include a personalised message from you! High Rise gift vouchers can be used across any of the activities within the centre, or in the café.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

  • High Rise gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be used after the expiry date. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • Expired gift vouchers will not be extended under any circumstances.
  • High Rise gift vouchers may not be used towards parties or special events.
  • High Rise gift vouchers can be emailed directly to the recipient or to the person making the purchase.
  • High Rise gift vouchers redeemed online must be used in full (no change will be given). If you wish to use a gift voucher to make a part payment towards an activity, please email contact@highriseni.org.
  • Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
  • High Rise reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to withdraw the gift voucher with reasonable notice.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
