As well as the climbing walls, the indoor climbing arena at High Rise Lisburn includes two very special additional attractions – the infamous Vertical Drop Slide and the Leap of Faith – will you be brave enough!?

Find out more below about these special attractions!

Vertical Drop Slide

In this extraordinary experience, you will be kitted out in a skydive suit and a helmet. Holding on to a handlebar, you are pulled up the face of the slide towards the 9-metre pinnacle. You can let go at any time you choose before free-falling seamlessly down the slide. Will you be brave enough to hold on until the top? Enjoy the truly exhilarating adrenaline rush of dropping to the bottom from a great height!

Experience this unique challenge for just £2 – tickets for the Vertical Drop Slide can be pre-booked online or purchased on the day in High Rise.

Guests are asked to purchase and use wristbands for the Vertical Drop Slide in the first 45 minutes of their climbing session to ensure they have enough time to redeem their wristbands. Wristbands will not be sold during the last 15 minutes of each session.

Leap of Faith

This adrenaline-raising challenge is an immensely popular attraction that is sure to get your heart pumping! The goal is to climb the central post to a platform, from where you can take a running jump towards a trapeze to swing more than 8 metres above the ground. You get to choose how far away your target is. Family and friends can watch you take the Leap of Faith (and that that all-important Insta-worthy photo or video!) and get a bird’s eye view from our stunning Mezzanine Floor.
