High Rise features a bright and colourful, three storey soft play area within our fabulous multi-activity centre in Lisburn, recommended for children ages 3-8 years old (130 cm). Featuring climbing towers, double lane slide, rope bridge, lookout dome and more, soft play at High Rise is the perfect adventure for little explorers!
On Thursday and Friday mornings, during term-time, we have sessions for under 3s, but at all other times, the recommended age for soft play guests is 3-8 as we no longer have separate baby and toddler play areas.
There’s lots of seating nearby for parents and carers to keep an eye on their little ones playing while relaxing over a cup of coffee or a bite to eat from the High Rise café.
We strongly recommend guests to pre-book High Rise soft play Lisburn as it speeds up check in and arrival – we know excited little visitors can’t wait to get straight into soft play! During busy periods walk-ins may not be able to be accommodated as numbers are limited for everyone’s enjoyment.
As part of our commitment to supporting families, High Rise frequently offers FREE soft play sessions. Sign up to the High Rise newsletter to be the first to hear when these sessions are taking place!
Guests are always advised to pre-book the soft play at High Rise as numbers are limited for everyone’s enjoyment, and at busy times, walk-ins may not be able to be accommodated.
Every Sunday morning, High Rise goes quiet for our autism tailored soft play session at 10am. Additional autism friendly sessions take place during school holidays. These sessions are specifically designed for those with autism, and their siblings up to age 12 and should be pre-booked. Find out more about how these sessions work by clicking on the link below.
High Rise has attained the prestigious Autism NI Impact Award in recognition of the ways in which the centre supports autistic guests and has created an ‘autism accessible environment’.

Our full Terms and Conditions are available here, but please initially read the information below. Use of the facilities at High Rise indicates your acceptance of these.
1.Unfortunately, balloons are not permitted in High Rise as there is a risk that they could get tangled in the climbing lines and create a safety risk for climbers. Party blowers/horns also not permitted as these can cause distress to guests with sensory issues.
2.Only guests who have booked a High Rise birthday party package (minimum participants 8 on a term-time weekday and 10 at all other times) may bring a birthday cake. This enables us to support other guests with severe allergies and it also helps our organisation, as a registered charity, to provide vital services for families.
3. Socks must be worn at all times within the soft play area. If you forget to bring socks a pair can be purchased from reception.
4.On Thursday and Friday mornings, during term-time, we have sessions for under 3s, but at all other times, the recommended age for soft play guests is 3-8 as we no longer have separate baby and toddler play areas.
5.Adults are not permitted within the soft play frame.
6. Our staff do not monitor the soft play areas – parents are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.
7. Any guest found to be misusing the soft play area may be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.
8.Full payment is required to book a birthday party and no refunds will be given for reduction in numbers for any reason. Party bookings cannot be rescheduled. Unused credit from pre-paid parties cannot be transferred and used towards additional activities or purchases on the day. As a Social Enterprise funding a Registered Charity, we have to strictly apply these terms to safeguard our revenue which funds a variety of Social Impact projects.
9.If the number of guests increases after booking, we may not be able to accommodate this, especially for Clip ‘n Climb where the number of climbers per session is strictly limited. If you do have an increase in numbers, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate this, but sessions do fill up in advance with other guests and we cannot exceed our maximum number of participants.
We want everyone to enjoy their visit to High Rise and have attempted to create an environment that is as safe as possible. However, the very nature of children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen. We cannot therefore accept responsibility for injury or damage to children or their clothing whilst using the soft play equipment. Parent/carer supervision is essential.
