High Rise soft play Lisburn is perfect for keeping the little ones entertained and burning off some energy!

High Rise features a bright and colourful, three storey soft play area within our fabulous multi-activity centre in Lisburn, suitable for children up to age 8 (130 cm) with a small area for babies and toddlers (up to age 2). There’s lots of seating nearby for parents and carers to keep an eye on their little ones playing while relaxing over a cup of coffee or a bite to eat from the High Rise café.

Toddler mornings at High Rise soft play Lisburn take place on a Thursday and Friday during term-time with free toast and juice for the little ones (admission by 12 noon).

Autism tailored soft play

One Sunday morning per month, during term-time, High Rise goes quiet for our autism tailored soft play session at 10am.  These sessions are specifically designed for those with autism, and their siblings up to age 12 and should be pre-booked. High Rise has attained the prestigious Autism NI Impact Award in recognition of the ways in which the centre supports autistic guests and has created an ‘autism accessible environment’.

Here’s how much fun you could be having when you visit High Rise soft play Lisburn!

Know before you go

We recommend online pre-booking for our soft play in Lisburn, to avoid disappointment. Each soft play session lasts for 90 minutes. Full opening times are available here. Last entry is 90 minutes before closing. Guests will be given a coloured wristband on arrival and will be admitted to the soft play at the start of the next available session. Sessions start every 30 minutes on the hour and on the half hour ie 10am, 10.30am etc.

  • We recommend pre-booking soft play sessions online before visiting High Rise to speed up arrival and check-in at reception.
  • Bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
  • All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. High Rise staff monitor the play area, however they do not take responsibility for the supervision of children.
  • Adults are not permitted to enter the soft play frame.
  • The maximum age / height for children using the equipment is 8 years / 130cm (some exemptions apply during autism tailored soft play sessions).
  • Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.
  • Socks must be worn at all times. In the event that children arrive without socks, they can be purchased at reception.
  • It is recommended that children wear long sleeves and trousers while playing on the equipment.
  • All bookings for High Rise are non-refundable and no cancellations or rescheduling of bookings is permitted.

We want everyone to enjoy their visit to High Rise and have attempted to create an environment that is as safe as possible. However, the very nature of children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen.  We cannot therefore accept responsibility for injury or damage to children or their clothing whilst using the soft play equipment. Parent/carer supervision is essential.
