The easiest way to buy a gift voucher is through our website using the link below, or they can be purchased at reception in High Rise (during opening hours from Thursday to Sunday).

Left your Christmas shopping late? We can email your voucher directly to the recipient and can include a personalised message from you! High Rise gift vouchers can be used across any of the activities within the centre, or in the café.
Every purchase of a High Rise gift voucher supports our charity, enabling us to help families locally and across the UK to be better off.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

  • High Rise gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be used after the expiry date. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • Expired gift vouchers will not be extended under any circumstances.
  • High Rise gift vouchers may not be used towards parties or special events.
  • High Rise gift vouchers can be emailed directly to the recipient or to the person making the purchase.
  • High Rise gift vouchers redeemed online must be used in full (no change will be given). If you wish to use a gift voucher to make a part payment towards an activity, please email contact@highriseni.org.
  • Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
  • High Rise reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to withdraw the gift voucher with reasonable notice.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
