Sensory rooms

There are two sensory rooms at High Rise which are open from Thursday-Sunday. Find out more about these multi-sensory rooms here.

Sensory Room 1 is a larger space, suitable for a number of guests to use at the same time (maximum of 6 guests including children/babies).  It offers a multi-sensory, stimulatory environment that can be adapted to the needs of our guests.

Sensory Room 2 is a smaller, more intimate sensory space. It can accommodate up to three guests in a single group, such as a family, and is particularly suitable for relaxation, quiet and chilling out.

Sensory room autumn opening times

Sensory Room 1 bookings start on the hour (eg 10am, 11am) and run throughout the day. Each session lasts 45 minutes.

Sensory Room 2 bookings start on the half hour (eg 10.30am, 11.30am) and run throughout the day. Each session lasts 45 minutes.
