A busy and exciting 2022 for High Rise!

Published: 22 December 2022

2022 has been a big year for High Rise, after being closed for over two years, we finally reopened our fabulous pink doors in July to welcome back guests for Clip ‘n Climb and soft play fun. Since then we have welcomed thousands of excited guests through our doors. The feedback has been phenomenal – 93% of guests rated their experience as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’ while 95% would recommend High Rise to others. This is largely thanks to our wonderful staff team, who every single day go over and above to provide the positive customer service that our guests value so much. Thank you to each and every one of them. We know it hasn’t been easy reopening what was to all intents and purposes a ‘new’ business, but hearing the positive reviews and seeing the happy faces in the centre is proof that we have a fabulous centre that our guests love.

We look forward to welcoming many more guests – families, groups, corporate bookings and others – through our doors in 2023, particularly as we expand our services, including to reopen our innovative sensory rooms, and offer dedicated sessions for autistic guests and their families. This is what High Rise is all about – the centre was designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone, and it is so important to us that all families, whatever their needs or abilities, can enjoy visits to the centre.

We also look forward to offering after school parties on Thursdays and Fridays in the new year and to opening later on Thursday evenings to welcome youth groups and others for outings to Clip ‘n Climb and soft play. We’ll also be offering team-building and corporate away day packages for organisations and groups of colleagues who can combine meetings or strategy days with taking on the challenges in our Clip ‘n Climb arena.

And of course, every single visit to High Rise, whether a baby enjoying soft play or a local business hosting a team-building away day, helps us to continue the vital work of our charity, supporting parents to get into and stay in work – of that we are proud every day and again say a massive thank you to our guests for choosing to ‘buy social’ and support High Rise this year.

While for us, 2022 is not yet finished – we are looking forward to welcoming lots of happy guests over the busy Christmas and new year holidays – we would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a peaceful and happy Christmas and New Year. We are very excited for 2023 and can’t wait to continue growing our guest numbers, and building upon the excellent standards and reputation for customer service that we have established since reopening.

High Rise is open Thursday-Sunday over the festive period including New Year’s Day (closed Christmas Day). Click here for full details of opening times.
