High Rise is a fabulous, fun-filled adventure centre with Clip ‘n Climb indoor climbing, soft play, sensory rooms, party and meeting rooms and a café. Based in Lisburn High Rise is part of a charity with profits used to help local families.

We need a Digital Marketing Specialist to start immediately. This is a temporary, part time role working in High Rise Lisburn.

If you have experience of creating fun and engaging digital content across a range of social media channels, enjoy keeping up to date with the latest trends in social and digital marketing and are well organised with excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Reception Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Reception Administrator. This is a permanent role working 25-30 hours per week (Thursday to Sunday) in High Rise Lisburn.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the High Rise reception function by handling on line bookings, emails and in person enquiries
  • Greet and welcome guests as required
  • Manage guest correspondence in relation to group bookings and respond to enquiries as appropriate
  • Monitor guest feedback and escalate to SMT as appropriate
  • Deal with enquiries and emergencies as required in a calm and professional manner
  • Comply with the organisation’s Security & Confidentiality policy at all times, ensuring the highest levels of information security, data protection and confidentiality
  • Undertake any other duties of a similar nature related to this post that may be required from time-to-time

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer facing administration role
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently using initiative to prioritise work and manage deadlines
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proof of right to work in the UK will be required before engagement.
