High Rise is currently recruiting for a Fitness and Leisure Manager
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours pw
Working pattern: Variable rota includes evenings and weekends. Flexibility is required.
Salary: Circa £32k pa (pro rata)
Role: The Fitness and Leisure Manager will support the Centre Manager with the day to day running of High Rise to achieve our commercial goals and will be responsible for acting up in the Centre Managers absence. This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will be required to provide ongoing training and coaching for the staff team. They will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of customer service whilst ensuring full compliance with our Health & Safety procedures.

Must be age 17+ by 30 June 2026 and available to work weekends, Easter and other school holiday periods.
Rates of pay as follows:
Age 21+ £12.21
Age 18-20 £10.00
Age 16-17 £7.55
*To increase in April in line with the national minimum wage
Role: As a member of the general staff team, you will work across all areas of the centre to include supervising the soft play facility, co-ordinating parties and assisting in the reception and café. You will help us to ensure all areas of the centre are maintained to the highest of standards and all customers’ needs are met.
