We know it can be difficult finding activities to suit large groups with different age ranges. Luckily, High Rise Lisburn has activities that guarantee a fun day out for everyone!
Whether you’re planning a class trip, looking an alternative for your PE lesson or bringing a group of students for a rewards trip, High Rise has activities that will guarantee a fun day out for your school!
Here are five reasons why High Rise should top of your list for your next school trip:
Starting with the main attraction, High Rise boasts Northern Ireland’s largest Clip ‘n Climb arena offering over 24 thrilling Clip ‘n Climb challenges guaranteed to take your students out of their comfort zone.
Clip ‘n Climb is designed to develop coordination, strength and creative problem-solving skills – all whilst having a great time! Students have the opportunity to work together and challenge themselves and each other to see how high they can climb on our bright and colourful 8m high climbing walls.
High Rise is also home to Ireland’s tallest vertical drop slide! This daring special attraction stands at 10 metres high! Will your students be brave enough to take on the challenge to see who can hold on the longest?
Sandford Park School from Dublin had this to say about their recent visit to Clip ‘n Climb at High Rise Lisburn:
“With a group of 72 12/13yr old students it is sometimes hard to find activities that everyone enjoys. Every single person left with a smile on their face after having had the most wonderful time.
Some loved the challenge of taking on their classmates or teachers, some liked that they could climb on their own and some wanted the thrill of the vertical drop! It really had something for all and we could not have been looked after better.
Thank you to all at High Rise for a great evening.”
For the younger explorers, High Rise offers tons of energy zapping fun! Little ones up to age 8 can tackle our multi-area soft play complete with a 3-storey climbing tower filled with obstacles, tunnels and slides to explore.

Our charity team continues to work hard on behalf of parents, lobbying the new Northern Ireland Executive for better support with the childcare parents need to work. All of this made possible because of our valued guests at High Rise, including the many school and youth group visits we have welcomed.
