Important Updates to Our Soft Play Area

Here’s a quick overview of what’s changing!

New Soft Play Layout

We’ve reimagined the layout of our soft play area to make it more accessible and easier for parents to keep an eye on their little adventurers.

• Unified Play Area: We’ve removed the separate baby and toddler play zones. This change allows for a more open and flexible play space, which everyone can enjoy!
• Parent-Friendly Seating: We’ve moved some tables closer to the soft play area so parents can now relax nearby while keeping a watchful eye on their kids.

Our staff do not monitor the soft play areas – parents are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.

Bookings and Sessions – What You Need to Know

We’ve also updated how our soft play bookings work, as follows:

• One Simple Price: Soft play entry is now £6 for all children.
• Recommended Age Range: On Thursday and Friday mornings, during term-time, we have sessions dedicated to pre-schoolers, but at all other times, the recommended age for soft play guests is 3-8 as we no longer have separate baby and toddler play areas.
• Free Soft Play Days: During term-time with the support of our charity, Employers For Childcare, High Rise will be offering free soft play days for families. Sign up to our newsletter mailing list to be notified of upcoming dates for these free soft play sessions!
• Limited numbers: For an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone,  all soft play sessions are now limited to 10 children per session (excluding party sessions).

Planning a party? Our soft play parties are priced at £10.95 per person, and include 90 minutes of soft play fun, unlimited juice, choice of delicious kids meals and a reserved area for your group! Find out more about our super fun soft play parties here.

Pre-Booking Recommended

To avoid disappointment, we ask that all guests pre-book their soft play sessions. Walk-ins will be limited based on availability, and we don’t want to disappoint any of our excited little guests!

Autism-Friendly Sessions

Our autism-friendly sessions are available for children up to age 12 and run every Sunday at 10am and selected other dates during school holidays. You can find out more about these sessions here.
